Refund Policy
At Empire Attire, we stand behind the quality of every product we create. Most of our items are eligible for our 30-day refund policy. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, simply email us with photographic proof and request a refund.

Downloadable software products

Certain health & personal care items

Books with obvious signs of use

Opened CDs, DVDs, video games, or vinyl records

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if approved)
Once we receive and inspect your claim, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
